All prices are starting prices for parts and labour. Premium means models like Dell XPS, HP Spectre, ThinkPad X1, Zenbook, Surface and Galaxy Book Pro. MacBook prices are for Retina and Apple silicon models. Physical data recovery (clicking or undetected drives) starts from £249. Your exact price depends on your model and the fault, and we always confirm it before any work starts.
